All ACW child-resistant packaging solutions are 100% made in the USA with materials that have been fully tested and certified, meeting or exceeding all standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission guidelines.
Consumer safety is a top priority at ACW which led to a substantial investment in certified child-resistant packaging. All ACW child-resistant pouches meet the requirements of the Poison Prevention Act of 1970. ACW child-resistant pouches are also ASTM D3475 classified, which certifies the packaging is significantly difficult for children under the age of 5 years to open, but must not be difficult for adults to open. ACW’s lab certified child-resistant packaging is 100% made in the USA, so it’s critically important that all materials are sourced domestically. ACW obtained a “Range” certification by testing multiple sizes of packages with a common zipper. This allows ACW to produce various custom-sized pouches while staying compliant.
